Frequently asked questions

What business phone options can SAINT provision?+
As an authorized agent for ALLO Business: Cloud Voice / hosted VoIP, Microsoft Teams Voice tied to Microsoft 365, and analog or hybrid lines where elevators, fax, or legacy handsets still matter. Quotes via SAINT after we know seats, DIDs, and address serviceability.
Is this a SAINT PBX or ALLO Cloud Voice?+
Hosted voice and Teams Voice are delivered on ALLO’s platform where we provision them. SAINT is your MSP contact for ordering, M365 tie-in, and day-two coordination — not a competing ALLO IT desk.
Do you publish per-seat phone pricing?+
No. We do not post ALLO rate cards or SLA claims. Formal numbers follow seats, calling mode, and serviceability.
Will Teams Voice work with our existing Microsoft 365 tenant?+
It depends on tenant hygiene — licensing, identity, and calling configuration. SAINT administers M365 for many Lincoln and Omaha clients; we will say if the tenant is not ready before you order DIDs.
Do phones require new fiber?+
Not always. Voice quality still depends on a clean uplink and LAN. Many buyers pair voice with business fiber under the same authorized-agent relationship. See /business-fiber-internet.
