How hiring actually works here
SAINT Technology Services is a veteran-owned, founder-led company based in Hickman, Nebraska. Lincoln is the closer market — about 15–20 minutes north, no Lincoln storefront. Omaha is the second market — about 55–70 minutes up I-80, scheduled on-site, no Omaha office. Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Gretna, and Elkhorn are service area on the Omaha work, not branch offices with their own staff. If a role is open, the board on this page is the listing. We do not keep a shadow requisition for technicians, sales, or office staff that is not posted.
The work, when we are hiring for it, is the same work on the rest of the site: managed IT and help desk, cybersecurity (Huntress or Guardz — one stack), Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, and physical security (cameras and access) after a walkthrough. Connectivity and business voice show up where SAINT is the authorized agent, not as a separate carrier career track. None of that is an open job by itself. A paragraph on this page is not a posting.
What a real listing contains
An open role names the title, the location, and the employment type, then explains how to apply. That application path is on the role page — email or the form that belongs to that listing — not a general inbox guessed from this URL. If the board says nothing is posted, or the list could not be loaded, there is no role to apply for. Calling the desk or using the contact page is how you reach a person. It does not create a job.
We will not ask you to invent a resume target. Do not address an application to a title you do not see above. Do not treat “Lincoln technician” or “Omaha sales” as openings because those cities are on the location pages. Those pages describe client work: Lincoln and Omaha. The people already on the public staff page are listed at staff. A longer note on the company is on about.
Where the work happens
Day-to-day client work is remote-first for identity, email, monitoring, and the help desk, then on-site when the job is a closet, a camera, a door, or dead hardware. Lincoln on-site is a short drive from Hickman. Omaha on-site is a planned trip, not a promise that someone lives in West Omaha. A hiring conversation, if one is open, will say whether the role sits in Hickman, covers Lincoln daily, covers the Omaha metro on a schedule, or is remote with travel. If the listing does not say that, the listing is incomplete and you should ask before you apply — still only if the role is actually posted.
Clients looking for service, not a job, should not use this page. Managed IT, cybersecurity, and a 30-minute assessment are the commercial paths: book a call, take a readiness assessment, or call the desk at 531-625-2111. The same number is on the board above when you need a human about a role that is either listed or absent. General company mail goes through the contact page.
