Dark data-center aisle of rack-mounted servers with white status lights

One operation. IT, cyber, physical, AI.

Veteran-owned. One team, one fixed monthly rate — instead of four vendors hoping it fits together.

Server racks in a data center

Disconnected vendors create gaps. One stack closes them.

Hover a layer. The still changes. Same four layers SAINT operates for Lincoln and Omaha — not four identical cards.

Questions Lincoln & Omaha owners actually ask.

How much do managed IT services cost in Lincoln or Omaha?

Pricing depends on your environment — how many people, locations, and whether you need IT, cybersecurity, cameras, or all three. We prefer a documented fixed monthly rate instead of surprise invoices. When hourly is the honest model, we bill in 15-minute increments. The catalog is most of what we sell, not everything. To earn comparable work, we match or beat a competing written quote. See pricing & engagement — we do not publish a fake starting price here.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. You do not need a contract to book the free assessment, and there is no obligation to switch. We do not start paid work until both sides agree it is a fit and the scope is in writing. How we bill — fixed monthly rate first, time-and-materials in 15-minute increments when that is honest — is on /pricing. If you are already in a contract, a vendor assessment can review the paper before you decide anything.

Can you support our business without an on-site visit?

Yes. Most IT and cybersecurity work is remote — monitoring, identity, email, and help desk do not require someone in your office every day. We are headquartered in Hickman, Nebraska, about 15–20 minutes from Lincoln and about an hour from Omaha. We come on-site when the job needs it: cameras, door access, network closets, or hardware that will not fix itself over a call. No Lincoln or Omaha storefront.

What's the difference between managed IT and break-fix support?

Break-fix means you call when something is already down and pay for that visit — the vendor earns more when you have more problems. Managed IT is a documented monthly rate: we monitor, patch, and support the environment, and you are not invoiced per ticket inside that scope. SAINT also covers cybersecurity and cameras/doors on the same team, so you are not coordinating four vendors when several things fail at once.

Do you help with cyber insurance requirements?

Yes. Carriers typically ask about multi-factor authentication, endpoint detection, tested backups, and security awareness training. We help you map those controls and close gaps — including a free two-minute insurability check on this site. That is readiness support, not a promise that a carrier will bind coverage or that we are a licensed insurance advisor. Start with /tools/insurability, then book the free assessment if you want a written plan.

Do you install business security cameras and access control too?

Yes. Physical security is part of the same operation as IT and cybersecurity — not a bolt-on subcontractor. We assess the site first, then install or project-manage business cameras and access control when they fit. Jobsite and temporary coverage is available too. You get one team for the network, the endpoints, and the doors.
