Can you support our business without an on-site visit?
Yes. Most IT and cybersecurity work is remote — monitoring, identity, email, and help desk do not require someone in your office every day. We are headquartered minutes south of Lincoln, serving Lincoln daily, and about an hour from Omaha. We come on-site when the job needs it: cameras, door access, network closets, or hardware that will not fix itself over a call.
What's the difference between managed IT and break-fix support?
Break-fix means you call when something is already down and pay for that visit — the vendor earns more when you have more problems. Managed IT is a documented monthly rate: we monitor, patch, and support the environment, and you are not invoiced per ticket inside that scope.
