Website management for Lincoln & Omaha businesses — care that matches the rest of your stack.

A business website that nobody owns becomes an outage, a malware incident, or a stale brochure. SAINT runs website management for Lincoln and Omaha-metro organizations the same way we run managed IT: documented scope, updates and backups on a cadence, uptime awareness, and CMS/content help when your team needs a change — not a marketing agency retainer disguised as hosting. Security-aware by default; no fake uptime SLAs or “never hacked” claims.
Platform updates, plugin/CMS patches, and dependency hygiene
Backups and restore awareness sized to the site
Uptime monitoring with a human escalation path
CMS and content help inside a documented monthly scope
Same MSP line as IT and cyber — 531-625-2111

What's in a website care engagement

  • 01

    Updates without the surprise break

CMS core, themes, plugins, and runtime patches on a schedule — with a rollback path when an update fights a plugin. We treat website patching like endpoint patching: planned, logged, not “click update and hope.”
  • 02

    Backups you can restore from

Site and database backups on a cadence you can explain to an insurer or board. Restore drills when the engagement requires it — not a checkbox you never test.
  • 03

    Uptime and form health

We watch whether the site answers and whether lead forms still post. When something fails, you call the same SAINT line that runs your IT — not a ticket black hole at a hosting brand.
  • 04

    CMS and content help

Hours inside the written scope for page edits, new sections, and “can you fix this block?” work. Out-of-scope redesigns get a project quote — see website design.
  • 05

Security hygiene on the public site

Admin MFA where the platform allows it, least-privilege CMS users, TLS, and malware/compromise response coordination with your cyber engagement when Huntress or Guardz is in scope. We do not claim your site is unhackable.
  • 06

    Tied to domains and email

Websites break when DNS, certificates, or mail records drift. Domain management and email security sit beside this engagement so the public brand and the inbox stay coherent.

Frequently asked

Is website management the same as web design?+
No. Management is ongoing care — updates, backups, uptime, and scoped content help. Design/redesign is a project at /website-design. Many clients run both under one MSP.
Do you only support WordPress?+
WordPress is common in Lincoln and Omaha, but we also operate static/Jamstack and other supportable stacks. We will say so if a platform is a poor fit.
Do you guarantee 99.9% uptime?+
No. We monitor and respond. Hosting and DNS providers have their own SLAs — we do not invent uptime guarantees on their behalf.
Can this sit on the same bill as managed IT?+
Yes when scoped that way. Website care is often part of a broader managed IT engagement so DNS, email, and endpoints share one accountable team.
Do you offer website management in Lincoln and Omaha?+
Yes. Lincoln is primary (Hickman-based, no Lincoln storefront). Omaha-metro is scheduled on-site with continuous remote ops. See /locations/lincoln-ne and /locations/omaha-ne.

Lincoln & Omaha — how this actually shows up locally

  • Website maintenance for Lincoln offices and clinics.

Haymarket suites, downtown professional firms, and south Lincoln shops often have a WordPress or brochure site that the last designer abandoned. SAINT keeps updates, backups, and form health on a cadence from Hickman — same team as IT when you want one vendor for the stack.

  • Managed website care for Omaha-metro multi-site brands.

West Omaha and Bellevue/Papillion operators often share one public domain across locations. We keep the site healthy while identity and email stay under the same MSP — scheduled I-80 on-site, continuous remote care. No Omaha storefront.
