30 minutes. We ask about your environment, current providers, what's breaking, what's working. You leave with a written summary and at least one actionable suggestion — even if we never work together.
Do you require a contract to talk?
No. Assessment calls and walkthroughs are free. We don't enter a paid engagement until both sides agree it's a fit.
What about urgent issues outside business hours?
531-625-2111 routes 24/7 for outages, suspected compromise, and physical security incidents. Standard tickets follow our 15-minute business-hours target.
