We prefer documented fixed-rate scope. We also bill time-and-materials in 15-minute increments when that’s the honest model. What happens on the assessment call?+
30 minutes. We ask about your environment, current providers, what's breaking, what's working. You leave with a written summary and at least one actionable suggestion — even if we never work together.
Do you require a contract to talk?+
No. Assessment calls and walkthroughs are free. We don't enter a paid engagement until both sides agree it's a fit.

Based in Hickman, Nebraska (home office — city-level only, no public street). Lincoln is about 15–20 minutes north (Haymarket, downtown, south Lincoln). Omaha-metro — Aksarben, West Omaha, Midtown, plus Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Gretna, and Elkhorn as service area — is about an hour up I-80.
