Pricing & engagement
Show the number. Then do the work.
SAINT believes IT prices shouldn’t be a mystery. We publish most of what we sell, we prefer a documented fixed rate to an open hour bucket, and we still bill time in 15-minute increments when that’s the honest model.

How we engage
Five commercial facts. No spreadsheet theater.
Showing Price transparency:
Where to look
Catalog, proposal, or a conversation.
Browse published SKUs and service tiles at /products. Configure a planning total at /estimate. Neither is checkout.
Already paying someone else? Vendor assessments review the contract and the deliverables. If you want SAINT to take the work, bring the competing quote — match-or-beat applies to comparable scope.
Assessments (security risk, physical, critical infrastructure, vendor) are scoped consulting first: /assessments.
Pricing questions we actually get
What’s included in a fixed monthly rate?+
Whatever we wrote in the scope. Typical managed IT: monitoring, in-scope help desk, patching, tenant admin, backup verification. No per-ticket charges inside that scope. Hardware, large projects, and work we didn’t document are quoted before they happen.
When do you bill hours instead?+
Projects, messy takeovers, vendor reviews with an unknown pile of contracts, and out-of-scope work when a fixed package would be fiction. Increments are 15 minutes. We tell you the rate and the cap (if any) before the clock starts.
Are the numbers on /products and /estimate real prices?+
They are SAINT retail for planning — not checkout, not a contract. Labor is not included. Electrical, low-voltage, and third-party contracting are excluded unless quoted separately. A formal proposal follows assessment.
What does match-or-beat actually mean?+
Bring a written quote for comparable scope. We will match or beat it to earn the engagement. It is a commercial offer, not a guarantee that SAINT will always be the cheapest vendor forever, and not a multi-month refund of differences.
I don’t see a product or service I need.+
Ask. The public catalog is the majority of what we sell, not a claim that nothing else exists. Call 531-625-2111, use /contact, or request a proposal at /estimate.
