Physical Security Assessments
Assess the facility before you buy the cameras.
Most integrators start with a product quote. We start with a walkthrough. SAINT physical security assessments evaluate access points, camera coverage, lighting, alarm zones, visitor flow, and compliance context against ASIS-oriented practice and CPTED principles — then deliver a documented risk report with prioritized recommendations and transparent cost ranges. Deployment is optional and project-managed when you’re ready.

Frequently asked
Do I have to buy cameras from SAINT after the assessment?+
No. The assessment stands alone. If you proceed with design and install, we project-manage it — and we’ll say when not buying more gear is the right answer.
Is this a binding install quote? Are labor and electrical included?+
No. The assessment is scoped consulting. Catalog camera estimates on /products are planning retail only — labor is not included; electrical / low-voltage / third-party contracting are excluded unless quoted separately. Formal proposal after the walkthrough. How we bill: /pricing. Other assessment types: /assessments.
How long does an assessment take?+
Most SMB and clinic sites: walkthrough plus documented report in about 7–14 business days. Multi-site or critical-infrastructure scopes are scheduled individually.
Can this feed cyber insurance or compliance work?+
Yes. Physical controls show up on questionnaires and HIPAA/PCI facility expectations. We coordinate with cyber and vCISO work so physical and digital evidence tell one story.
We’re a therapy clinic — will you push cameras into counseling rooms?+
No. Privacy-aware design is the point. Waiting areas, entries, and after-hours coverage are common; therapy spaces usually are not. See /industries/behavioral-health for that vertical.
Can we build a camera estimate after the assessment?+
Do you assess jobsites, construction trailers, or temporary yards?+
Yes. Construction and new-home sites are a different problem than a clinic: theft, no power, no network. See /jobsite-security, /industries/construction, and our custom /security-box. Verkada’s cloud-managed security trailer is a partner-deployed option when it fits — we don’t invent a catalog SKU for it.
Lincoln or Omaha facility — do we have to come to an office?+
No. We’re a service-area business based in Hickman. We walk your Lincoln or Omaha-metro site (or structure a remote review when travel doesn’t add value). No retail storefront.
What does a Lincoln physical security assessment actually cover?+
Haymarket storefronts, downtown / Capitol suites, independent clinics (privacy-aware — no cameras in session rooms), and south-Lincoln lots. Same-day walkthrough from Hickman is realistic. Report first; cameras after.
How is an Omaha-metro assessment different from Lincoln?+
Omaha work is usually multi-site: an Aksarben or West Omaha office plus a Bellevue or Papillion yard. We assess both so you don’t buy a cloud package that can’t see the gate. Same report format — different site reality.
Lincoln & Omaha — how this actually shows up locally
Lincoln, NE
Lincoln, NE hubFacility walkthroughs in Lincoln — clinics, offices, jobsites.
Lincoln assessments cover counseling suites (privacy-aware), dental/chiro offices, warehouses, and new construction. We start on site, write the risk down, then talk cameras. Hickman-based team; no storefront.
Omaha, NE
Omaha, NE hubOmaha-metro multi-site physical assessments.
Omaha work often means a downtown office plus a yard or jobsite. We assess both so you don’t buy a cloud camera package that can’t see the gate in Bellevue. Same report format as Lincoln — different site reality.
