Is Huntress included in every SAINT IT contract?+
Cyber is scoped. Huntress is one option when cybersecurity is in the engagement — Guardz is the other. Managed IT alone may not include either platform unless we document it.
Do I get separate invoices for EDR, ITDR, SIEM, and SAT?+
No. Huntress is one platform subscription model; we fold it into your monthly rate as scoped. You shouldn’t see four surprise vendor bills from us.
Huntress or Guardz — which should I pick?+
Huntress is the SOC-led modular option (EDR, ITDR, SIEM, SAT). Guardz is the SMB all-in-one alternative. We explain the tradeoffs; we don’t present them as identical products, and we don’t stack both core stacks without a design reason.
Do you deploy Huntress in Lincoln and Omaha?+
Yes. Lincoln is a primary market (~15–20 minutes from Hickman). Omaha-metro — including Aksarben, West Omaha, Bellevue, Papillion — is scheduled on-site. No storefront. Same operating partner model.
Is Huntress included if we only want managed IT in Lincoln?+
Cyber is scoped. Huntress or Guardz is chosen when cybersecurity is in the engagement. A Lincoln help-desk-only contract may not include EDR/ITDR/SIEM/SAT unless we document it.
