ALLO Fiber + the SAINT Managed Stack: How the Authorized Agent Model Works

SAINT provisions ALLO Business fiber, voice, and TV as authorized agent — then operates managed IT and cybersecurity on that pipe. What the partnership is, what it is not, and how Lincoln & Omaha buyers should use it.

Frequently asked questions

Is SAINT an authorized agent for ALLO Business?+
Yes. SAINT Technology Services provisions ALLO connectivity, voice, and business TV for clients we serve. SAINT remains your MSP/MSSP and single point of contact. ALLO delivers the fiber and voice network; SAINT manages technology and security on top of that pipe.
Do I call ALLO or SAINT?+
Call SAINT first at 531-625-2111. We coordinate ordering, serviceability checks, installs, and day-to-day questions so you are not bouncing between a carrier and an MSP.
What ALLO services can I buy through SAINT?+
Business fiber internet, hosted VoIP / Cloud Voice, Microsoft Teams Voice, analog voice where needed, and business TV where offered. We do not market ALLO managed IT or cybersecurity.
Where is ALLO fiber available?+
Common markets include Lincoln, Omaha metro, Hickman, Fremont, Grand Island, Kearney, Norfolk, Columbus, Hastings, and other Nebraska cities ALLO serves. Availability is address-specific — we do not publish speed guarantees or SLAs on ALLO’s behalf.
Does buying fiber through SAINT require the full MSP stack?+
No. Connectivity can stand alone. Most buyers still want LAN design and security sized to the uplink; we scope honestly instead of bundling theater.
