Booking-driven door access for a Lincoln float spa

Designed booking-to-door automation so members can access select amenities outside desk hours — Float Helm reservations driving UniFi Access windows. Framed as guest experience, not headcount cuts.

What was broken or missing.

A Lincoln float spa wanted members to reach sauna and related amenities without staffing the desk every hour of the day. Manual unlocks do not scale; the booking system already knew who reserved what window.

What SAINT did.

  1. 01Designed Float Helm reservation webhooks → automation → UniFi Access visitor windows (begin/end aligned to the booking, cancel revokes access).
  2. 02Preferred QR / visitor credentials over shared codes; kept cloud automation reachable to the local Access API through a secure tunnel pattern.
  3. 03Treated the work as physical + IT integration under SAINT — not a Verkada story and not a “fire staff” story.

What we can say publicly.

Public expansion messaging and a complete design/runbook path for booking-driven access. Live cutover dates and success rates stay off this page until Colton confirms production status.

Do not invent after-hours revenue, automation success percentages, or payroll savings. Confirm go-live before upgrading this from design-delivered to operations-delivered.
