Nursing Homes, Assisted Living & Retirement Communities
IT and security for senior living — residents, staff, and the network in between.
Nursing homes, assisted living, and retirement communities in Lincoln, Omaha, and the Midwest mix HIPAA-covered operations, family Wi-Fi expectations, staff turnover, and cameras that must not become a resident-privacy incident. SAINT runs managed IT, cybersecurity (Huntress or Guardz), email/BEC defense for billing and admissions, backups, and physical security designed for common areas — not bedrooms. BAA where required. HIPAA-aligned and survey-aware language — not a compliance guarantee or “HIPAA certified” badge. Service-area business based in Hickman.

Senior Living FAQ
Do you sign a BAA for skilled nursing / assisted living?+
Yes, when we touch PHI-adjacent systems. We’ll tell you if a particular Wi-Fi or camera scope is not a BAA conversation.
Will you put cameras in resident rooms?+
Not as a default. Common areas, entries, and exits are the usual design. Room cameras are a legal/privacy decision we will not casually recommend.
Are you “HIPAA certified” or a survey replacement?+
No. We implement HIPAA-aligned IT and security controls and package evidence. Survey and OCR outcomes are not something an MSP can honestly guarantee.
Lincoln and Omaha communities — on-site?+
Yes. Hickman-based service-area coverage for Lincoln and Omaha-metro campuses. No storefront. 531-625-2111.
