Exclusive Designation
LUX.
What LUX is
An invitation. Not a tier.
LUX is a separate designation, not a fifth rate on Bronze through Platinum. SAINT invites a small number of partners into a closer operating relationship. It does not turn on when revenue crosses a line, and it is not a box you check on the application.
Platinum is the top published rate: 20% of eligible Paid Client Revenue on managed services. LUX does not add another percentage to that schedule. Platinum is a tier you can grow into. LUX is an invitation — exclusivity, a direct line to SAINT leadership, and terms written for that partner.
What it is not
- Not a fifth track next to Referral, Channel Agent, Solutions, or Strategic
- Not Platinum with a new name, and not a rate above 20%
- Not automatic when revenue crosses a line
- Not a checkbox on the application that grants the designation
Published rates
Four percentages. LUX is not on the list.
These rates apply to Paid Client Revenue on managed services — collected recurring work, not the gross invoice. The agreement governs qualification and the date a rate activates.
Bronze

Silver

Gold

Platinum

LUX does not publish a fifth percentage. If an invitation writes different terms, those terms live in that agreement.
How designation works
Apply. Then the relationship. Then a review. Then an invitation.
- 01
Apply
Submit on one track: Referral, Channel Agent, Solutions, or Strategic. LUX is not a choice on the form, and checking interest does not grant it.
- 02
Build the relationship
Work the accounts your track describes. SAINT delivers the managed services. The published tier rate is the rate while you do.
- 03
Executive review
SAINT leadership reviews the book, the outcomes, and whether a closer designation fits. No revenue line turns it on.
- 04
Invitation
If it fits, SAINT invites you and writes the terms in that agreement. Until the invitation, you are on a tier — not LUX.
Requirements
- Invitation only — SAINT leadership decides
- Strategic value beyond the revenue on the book
- A record of client outcomes SAINT is willing to stand behind
- Willingness to plan accounts together, not just pass a name
- The same delivery standard SAINT holds on its own engagements
What the invitation includes
- A short list — SAINT limits how many LUX designations are active
- Direct working line to SAINT leadership on shared accounts
- First look at enterprise opportunities SAINT chooses to introduce
- Co-branded work when both names belong on the piece
- Agreement written for that partnership, separate from the published tier schedule
- Onboarding SAINT runs personally for the clients you bring
