Do you support OT environments directly?+
We segment and monitor OT networks, not program PLCs. Our role is the boundary, the network, the segmentation, and the visibility — your OT vendor stays responsible for the control system itself. We coordinate.
What CMMC level can you support?+
CMMC Level 2. We've mapped engagements against NIST 800-171's 110 controls and produced evidence packages for C3PAO pre-assessment. Level 3 work we'd scope with a partner.
What about multi-shift coverage?+
531-625-2111 routes 24/7 for outages — including swing shift and overnight production. Standard help-desk targets are business hours; emergencies aren't.
Do you support manufacturers in Lincoln and Omaha?+
Yes. Lincoln plants and south-Lincoln shops are a short drive from Hickman. Omaha-metro food/logistics sites (including Bellevue yards) are scheduled on-site. No storefront. City hubs: /locations/lincoln-ne and /locations/omaha-ne.
