Most are 10–75 employees. Smaller than ~5 endpoints we usually refer out — the engagement overhead doesn't make sense for either side.
How much does this actually cost?+
Pricing is per-engagement and depends on the documented scope — typically structured as a per-endpoint or per-user monthly rate. For reference, a 25-person small business engagement that includes managed IT, the Huntress platform, and backup commonly lands in the $2,500–$4,500 / month range; yours could be higher or lower depending on what's actually in scope. We document the exact number after the assessment, in writing.
How fast can we get started?+
Assessment call to documented proposal: 5 business days. Full onboarding (RMM deployed, Huntress live, M365 baseline secured): 14–30 days depending on environment.
