Small Business

Small business IT and security — enterprise-grade, SMB pricing.

Most small businesses we work with have under 75 employees, no internal IT team, and a threat profile that doesn't care about company size. We run managed IT, Huntress-backed cybersecurity, M365 or Google Workspace administration, backup, and access control as one scoped engagement — documented up front and billed at a fixed monthly rate built for the size you actually are.

What we see in small business.

Vendor sprawl from rapid growth

Three antivirus products from three different MSPs nobody told the next one about. Backup running on the desk laptop. Wifi with the password from 2019. We consolidate and document.

Cyber insurance requirements crossed a threshold

Two years ago, cyber insurance was a checkbox. Now carriers want MFA, EDR, backup, SAT, and incident response plans. Most small businesses can't tick all five without help. We do that.

One person who 'handles the computers' and is leaving

When the nephew / office manager / part-time tech who held it together moves on, everything is undocumented and fragile. We document, modernize, and operate so business continuity doesn't depend on a single person.

Small Business FAQ

What size businesses do you work with?

Most are 10–75 employees. Smaller than ~5 endpoints we usually refer out — the engagement overhead doesn't make sense for either side.

How much does this actually cost?

Pricing is per-engagement and depends on the documented scope — typically structured as a per-endpoint or per-user monthly rate. For reference, a 25-person small business engagement that includes managed IT, the Huntress platform, and backup commonly lands in the $2,500–$4,500 / month range; yours could be higher or lower depending on what's actually in scope. We document the exact number after the assessment, in writing.

How fast can we get started?

Assessment call to documented proposal: 5 business days. Full onboarding (RMM deployed, Huntress live, M365 baseline secured): 14–30 days depending on environment.

Will cyber insurance recognize what you do?

Yes. Carriers ask for MFA, EDR, SAT, backup, and incident response. The Huntress Agentic Security Platform plus a vendor-neutral image-based BCDR plus our operational practice tick those boxes — and we'll fill out the renewal questionnaire with evidence.
