Intelligent operations — not AI for AI’s sake.

SAINT doesn’t sell a custom LLM practice. Under our AI & Business Automation pillar, we operationalize the AI already inside your stack: Microsoft Copilot and Google Workspace AI readiness, Huntress’ AI-assisted SOC, Verkada analytics, and Syncro automation — so IT, cybersecurity, and physical security run as one intelligent operation under a fixed-rate engagement.
Copilot & Workspace AI readiness (identity, DLP, licensing)
Huntress AI-assisted SOC woven into managed cyber
Verkada analytics configured for real alerts — not noise
Syncro automation for patching, remediation, and ticket routing
Modern glass-walled office corridor with track lighting and a breakroom kitchen

Frequently asked

Do you build custom AI chatbots or train models on our data?+
No. Our AI & Business Automation practice is readiness, governance, and operationalizing partner AI (Copilot, Workspace AI, Huntress, Verkada) plus IT automation in Syncro. We do not train third-party generative models on client service data.
Is this a separate product from managed IT and cyber?+
It’s the fourth commercial pillar — and it runs through the other three. Most clients get Intelligent Ops as part of managed IT, cyber, and physical engagements — with Copilot or Workspace AI readiness scoped when you’re ready to turn those features on.
Will AI replace our help desk or security team?+
No. Automation handles repeatable remediation and partner SOCs investigate at scale. SAINT remains the accountable human team for prioritization, change control, and incident communication.
Where should we start?+
Usually identity and email hardening (/email-security), then Copilot/Workspace AI readiness if you want productivity AI, then analytics tuning on cameras you already own. We’ll prioritize based on risk — not a tool pitch.
How does this show up on the bill?+
Scoped into your fixed monthly engagement or as a readiness project. We don’t sell “AI hours” as a vague retainer. Copilot licensing itself is still Microsoft’s SKU — we make the tenant safe enough to turn it on.
Do you offer AI and automation help in Lincoln, Nebraska?+
Yes. Lincoln is a primary market. Copilot / Workspace AI readiness, Huntress-assisted SOC operations, Verkada analytics tuning, and Syncro automation — delivered by the Hickman-based team. No Lincoln storefront. Details on this page; city hub: /locations/lincoln-ne.
Do you offer AI and automation help in Omaha, Nebraska?+
Yes. Omaha-metro engagements (including Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Gretna, Elkhorn) get the same Intelligent Ops pillar — especially useful for multi-site tenants that want Copilot without leaking files across offices. City hub: /locations/omaha-ne.

Lincoln & Omaha — how this actually shows up locally

  • AI & business automation for Lincoln — Copilot without the leak.

Lincoln professional offices, clinics, and municipal-adjacent teams are turning on Microsoft Copilot and Gemini because the license showed up — not because identity and sharing are ready. From Hickman we harden Entra or Cloud Identity, clean oversharing, then enable AI features. Huntress already uses AI-assisted detection in the SOC we operate; Verkada analytics get tuned so Lincoln facilities aren’t drowning in false motion alerts. This is not a custom LLM shop and not a Lincoln storefront.

  • Omaha-metro Intelligent Ops for multi-site tenants.

Omaha work is usually several buildings and one messy tenant. Copilot that can see every SharePoint site is a gift to whoever phishes accounts payable. We sequence identity, DLP, and offboarding (email + doors) before productivity AI, and we use Syncro automation so the Papillion warehouse isn’t a different IT planet from downtown. No Omaha HQ claim — scheduled on-site, continuous remote ops.
