Video Surveillance
Video surveillance for multi-site environments.
When the facility footprint grows past a single building, NVR-and-pray stops working. We design video surveillance around either Verkada (cloud-managed, fastest to deploy) or Salient CompleteView (on-prem VMS for enterprise multi-site). Either way, cameras share an operational view with access control and your cyber stack.
What we deploy
Verkada cloud cameras
Indoor, outdoor, fisheye, multisensor, dome, and bullet models with onboard storage, built-in analytics, and zero NVR. Up to 10-year retention via cloud archive.
Salient CompleteView VMS
Enterprise VMS for multi-site deployments at scale — hundreds to thousands of cameras across geographically distributed facilities. Open architecture, ONVIF-compliant.
Analytics + AI search
People, vehicle, and license plate detection on-device. Cross-camera AI search ("find the red sedan") for fast incident review. Heat maps for retail and traffic analysis.
Network design
PoE switching capacity planning, dedicated camera VLAN, multicast handling, secure remote viewing. Cameras don't share a flat network with your finance laptops.
License plate recognition
Verkada LPR and Salient-integrated ALPR for parking enforcement, vehicle access, and after-hours alerts. NDAA-compliant cameras only.
Integration
Door events from access control tag the matching camera clip. Camera events feed into Huntress Managed SIEM. One timeline, not five vendor portals.
Stack
Verkada for cloud-fast deployments, Salient for enterprise scale.
Frequently asked
Verkada or Salient — which do you recommend?
For most engagements under ~100 cameras, Verkada wins — cloud-managed, no NVR, fastest to deploy, best mobile experience. For ~100+ cameras or multi-tenant environments needing open VMS architecture, Salient CompleteView is the right call. The walkthrough determines which.
Do you handle remote viewing?
Yes. Both Verkada and Salient support secure remote viewing — Verkada through their cloud, Salient through a hardened gateway we deploy and manage. No port-forwarding cowboy setups.
Are your cameras NDAA-compliant?
Yes. Verkada is NDAA Section 889 compliant. For Salient deployments we source NDAA-compliant cameras (Axis, Hanwha, etc.). Required for federal-adjacent work and increasingly demanded by enterprise procurement.
Ready to see where you stand?
A short call, an honest assessment, and a written plan. No pressure to switch providers if you’re already in good hands.
