PRESENT SAINT
UNDER YOUR BRAND.

A Channel Partner Agent is an authorized agent. You present SAINT services under your brand and stay in the relationship. Residual on managed services is illustrative — the rate in a signed agreement is what counts.

Not a vendor partnership

This is not “join as a Verkada partner.”

SAINT resells and integrates a short technology stack — Verkada, Huntress, Guardz, UniFi, Fortinet, Salient, SentinelOne, and ALLO fiber, voice, and TV. Those logos live on the technology Partners page. A Channel Partner Agent partners with SAINT. You are not applying to those vendors here, and their logos are not a membership you join.

Consultants, MSPs, and local advisors.

Consultants

You advise local businesses and need a delivery team behind the recommendation — without standing up the practice yourself.

MSPs and VARs

You want an illustrative residual on managed services while SAINT operates the stack you do not want to build line by line.

Local advisors

Accountants, insurance producers, and fractional operators who stay in the client relationship after the introduction.

What a Channel Agent does — and does not.

Does

  • Present SAINT services under your brand as an authorized agent
  • Stay in the relationship after the first introduction
  • Earn an illustrative residual on managed-services revenue that qualifies as Paid Client Revenue
  • Work with SAINT on scope; SAINT delivers the managed services

Does not

  • A one-time handoff with no ongoing role — that is the Referral track
  • Co-delivering engineering on projects — that is the Solutions track
  • Joint enterprise go-to-market — that is the Strategic track
  • Joining Verkada, Huntress, Guardz, UniFi, Fortinet, or ALLO as their partner

Channel Agent beside the other tracks.

One primary track. Channel Agent is the authorized-agent model. The others are a different job.

Referral

Introduce qualified prospects to SAINT. No ongoing engagement required — just warm handoffs that result in closed business.

Residual on Paid Client Revenue.

A description of the model — not a posted rate card.

Channel Agent compensation is framed as a residual on managed services. Eligible revenue follows the Paid Client Revenue model: Approved Commission = Eligible Collected PCR × Negotiated Rate. Commission rates are per-agreement. Tier percentages shown on this site are illustrative and config-driven, not contractual guarantees. Tier percentages on the program hub are examples for the program as a whole. They are not a Channel Agent contract.

Typically included

  • Recurring managed services revenue
  • Cyber platform recurring (e.g., Huntress, Guardz seats)

Typically excluded

  • • Sales tax
  • • Hardware pass-through at cost (Verkada, UniFi, Fortinet hardware)
  • • One-time project fees (unless explicitly included in partner agreement)

SAINT is headquartered in Hickman, Nebraska. Lincoln and Omaha are the primary service markets. We do not operate a public storefront, and this program does not place a partner office in either city.

FAQ

Is a Channel Partner Agent the same as a technology partner?+
No. Technology partners are the products SAINT deploys — Verkada, Huntress, Guardz, UniFi, Fortinet, Salient, SentinelOne, and ALLO — listed at /partners. A Channel Partner Agent partners with SAINT and presents SAINT under their own brand. This page is not an application to those vendors.
Is the residual a guaranteed rate?+
No. Channel Agent compensation is described as a residual on managed services. That framing is illustrative. Bronze through Platinum percentages on the program hub are config-driven examples, not a contract. The rate in your agreement is what applies.
How is Channel Agent different from Referral?+
Referral is a warm introduction with no ongoing engagement required. Channel Agent is an authorized-agent relationship: you present SAINT under your brand and the illustrative model is residual on managed services, not a one-time handoff.
Do I need an office in Lincoln or Omaha?+
No. SAINT is headquartered in Hickman, Nebraska, and primarily serves Lincoln and Omaha businesses. There is no public storefront in either city. Say your territory on the application — local, regional, or wider.
Does applying open a partner login?+
No. The application is an intake form reviewed by SAINT. Submitting it does not create an account, portal login, or commission payout profile on this website.
What if Channel Agent is the wrong track?+
Choose Referral, Solutions, Strategic, or Not Sure on the application. We assign one primary track during review, and it can change as the relationship evolves.
