PLAN THE ACCOUNT.
THEN LET SAINT DELIVER.

Strategic is for a small number of partners who will plan pipeline with SAINT — shared accounts, a joint story, and engagements that are too large for a single introduction. Eligible managed-services revenue still pays on the published PCR schedule. LUX is not this track. LUX is an invitation.

Partners with a book, not a one-off.

Regional firms

You cover more than one city and want SAINT as the delivery arm on IT, cyber, and physical security.

Platform relationships

You already sit with the buying group — a rollup, an association, a multi-site operator — and the work repeats.

Named alliances

Both brands will be in the room. The plan is annual, not a single forwarded email.

What this track does — and does not.

Does

  • Build a joint plan for which accounts SAINT will and will not take
  • Register opportunities before they are in a proposal
  • Earn the published PCR rate on managed services from those accounts
  • Review the book with SAINT on a set cadence

Does not

  • An automatic path to LUX — LUX stays invite-only and is not a rate tier
  • A higher published percentage than Platinum
  • SAINT becoming your subcontract shop with no account plan
  • A login before approval. The desk opens from the invite, not from the application.

Same published PCR schedule. A tighter agreement.

Strategic does not invent a fifth rate. Managed-services PCR pays at Bronze 10%, Silver 12.5%, Gold 15%, or Platinum 20%, whichever tier the agreement activates. Anything outside managed services — a joint pursuit fee, a named-account retainer — is written in that agreement, not implied by the track name.

Apply as Strategic.

The form opens with Strategic selected. SAINT reviews the fit before a rate is on.

LUX · exclusive designation

LUX is not a track and not a fifth percentage. Bronze through Platinum stay 10%, 12.5%, 15%, and 20% of eligible Paid Client Revenue. LUX is an invitation.

FAQ

Is Strategic the same as LUX?+
No. Strategic is a track you can request. LUX is a designation SAINT invites. Platinum remains the top published percentage.
Do strategic partners skip Bronze?+
Tier is based on the book and the agreement, not on the word Strategic. The published schedule still starts at Bronze and tops out at Platinum.
Who is in the annual plan?+
You and SAINT. Hickman leadership stays close on strategic accounts. Lincoln and Omaha are the primary delivery markets.

Plan the book.

Apply on the Strategic track. SAINT will say if the motion is really Channel Agent or Solutions. Hickman-based.
