MAKE THE INTRODUCTION.
SAINT TAKES IT FROM THERE.

Referral is the warm handoff. You know the owner. You make the introduction. SAINT runs discovery, delivery, and the monthly relationship. You are not staffing a help desk or standing up a security practice.

People who already have the ear of the buyer.

Advisors

Accountants, insurance producers, and fractional operators who hear about IT pain and want a team they trust on the other side of the intro.

Consultants

You recommend the work. You do not want to hire the engineers who will run it every month.

Anyone with one good fit

A single serious introduction is enough to start. Volume is not the application.

What this track does — and does not.

Does

  • Introduce a qualified business to SAINT
  • Stay available if the buyer wants you in the first conversation
  • Earn the published PCR rate on managed services that client produces
  • Leave delivery, monitoring, and the monthly bill with SAINT

Does not

  • Presenting SAINT under your brand as an authorized agent — that is Channel Agent
  • Scoping and co-delivering the project — that is Solutions
  • Building a joint go-to-market — that is Strategic
  • Staffing tickets, after-hours response, or the security stack

The introduction pays on managed-services PCR.

When the introduction becomes a managed-services client, commission is the published tier rate times collected Paid Client Revenue. Bronze starts at 10%. Platinum is 20%. Hardware, tax, and one-time project fees are outside that base unless the agreement includes them. Qualification and the date the rate turns on are in the partner agreement.

Apply as Referral.

The form opens with Referral selected. SAINT reviews the fit before a rate is on.

LUX · exclusive designation

LUX is not a track and not a fifth percentage. Bronze through Platinum stay 10%, 12.5%, 15%, and 20% of eligible Paid Client Revenue. LUX is an invitation.

FAQ

Do I have to keep working the account?+
No. Referral ends at a clean introduction. If you want to stay in the relationship and present SAINT under your name, that is the Channel Agent track.
Is the rate a percent of the whole invoice?+
No. It is a percent of Paid Client Revenue on managed services — recurring managed services and in-scope cyber seats that are collected. Not gross.
What if the client only buys a camera project?+
One-time project fees are outside PCR unless your agreement says otherwise. The published schedule is for managed services.
